In all the various screenshots I've seen those that put together this compass usually have tons of duplicate pieces from vodkans. Is this very common or not? Personally I only have 1 of each part atm; excluding eltens which hasn't dropped.

Have you obtained any of the pieces while in Marni's room? I've been using this every chance I get because of how quickly eltens and the big guys spawn there; not to mention zero interference from others...

I lost count of how many hours I've spent working on the elten drop.

The thing is that the vodkhan piece has a 0.005% drop chance, whereas the elten piece has a 0.0005% drop chance, so naturally, as you grind for the much rarer elten piece, you might get a couple more vodkhan pieces.

I did the entire grind for the compass with the Dehkia version for Aakman and Hystria, they are a lot better since you get more Vodkhans/Eltens/Elites there

In the 60 hours it took me in Hystria I got 3 vodkhan before I got the Elten piece, I did all my grinding in marni so that I could always be running max buffs and not have to deal with any crap.

its cuz ppl did normal rotation, after i got my vodkan from normal i did elten rota and never got vodkan again.

So you grinder 60h only in marni?....damn....I'm close to that and got no piece
