The launcher will appear if it's installed.
If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.

Install Guide

1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

The Season of Giving is Here!

 
December 4, 2025 (Thu) after maintenance - January 8, 2026 (Thu) before maintenance

 

During the event, you’ll be able to use the “Gifting” option in the in-game Pearl Shop (F3) to purchase certain items to send as gifts.

· Take note before you send gifts! ·

* The gift giver must be level 60 or higher.
* Gifts can only be given by accounts created before the event starts.
* Gifted items cannot be refunded or restored.
* Certain items or packages cannot be gifted due to certain limitations (purchase limits, etc.).
* Exploiting/abusing the gifting feature may result in penalties for both the gift giver and the giftee.
* If you receive a gift from someone you do not know, please leave the item in your in-game mail and contact Customer Support.

How to Gift via Pearl Shop

 

  • Once you’ve found an eligible item you want to send, click the icon shown above to purchase it.

 

  • Enter or select the character name of the recipient and confirm it to send your gift.

 

  • Ask your friend to look in their in-game mailbox (B) for your gift!
 

* Additional Notices

- If you are found to have abused or exploited the Gifting Function, both the gift giver and giftee may be restricted in accordance with the Operational Policy.

- Please do not claim gifts from unknown or suspicious individuals. If you do receive a gift from an unknown or suspicious source, contact us via [Support] without claiming the item from your in-game mail (B).

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.

- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods may result in a cancellation/retrieval of your reward(s) and/or restriction from the game.
