Black Desert will begin in a moment.

Install the Black Desert Launcher if the game doesn't start.

Install the Black Desert Launcher to start the game.
Download the Black Desert Launcher

The launcher will appear if it's installed.
If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.

Install Guide

1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

all North American servers are stable again and you should be able to access them normally.

Due to external factors, there is currently an issue with the stability of certain North American Black Desert servers. 

  

We are actively working to mitigate this issue, and we will do our best to restore your game experience to its normal state as quickly as possible.  

 

If you experience any loss (character EXP, broken crystals, use of resurrection items, etc.) due to server instability, please note that we will be restoring them.
