Greetings Adventurers!

We will be performing a scheduled maintenance for Black Desert on March 27, 2024 (Wed) in order to improve our services and bring you the latest updates.

During the maintenance, all services related to the Black Desert Website, Game Login, and Web Central Market will be temporarily unavailable.

Due to the integration to Pearl Abyss ID for the regions of Taiwan/Hong Kong/Macao, Japan, and Turkey/MENA regions, restrictions will be applied to the official website.

During the limited website maintenance, login via the Black Desert launcher and game will still be available, and more details can be found below.

Limited Website Maintenance

■ Maintenance Impact:

- Launcher login and game usage is available.

- Customer center login and inquiry submission will be unavailable.

* Non-member inquiries can be submitted.

- Web login will be unavailable for regions where accounts are already integrated.

* All services on the website will be unavailable.
- During the limited maintenance, in game purchases of Acoin will be available.

Due to the limited website maintenance for Pearl Abyss ID integration in the Taiwan/Hong Kong/Macao, Japan, and Turkey/MENA regions, member accounts and services on the Black Desert website will be suspended until 06:30 (UTC) on Mar 27 (Wed).
(Launcher login and game usage are available during the limited maintenance.)

Game Server Maintenance

Maintenance Stream with Endlaive
