I don't care about the swap ability, I just need pearl inventory space because I'm full of character bound stuff I don't want to destroy as I paid money and effort to collect them, but I'm in stuck now because. For example, I couldn't buy current marni outfit cause I just can't use it.

They always refused to increase pearl inventory or at least give characters a personal storage, even if they know that after YEARS lot of classes are starting to face space issues. Rather, they introduced that patrigio weekly bag, but not only the final price for a single bag is a bit huge considering it's a workaround of an issue, a game limitation, they should give us for free, but it's even impossible to complete.

Supreme hides have tens of thousands of preoders, you are lucky to get one in a week and you need totally 200 of them.  If you want to try to craft them you will face the same issue with glazes, and if you want to try to craft glazes you will have the same issue with trace of ascension. Finally, if you want to farm trace of ascension, you could get literally months for a single bag because you can only get them as a rare drop from a single node which requires hours for a single process. In 3 days of average gameplay time, I got zero.

I don't know if this bag was inteded to be alsmot impossible to get at a normal pace and why, I just know that damned bag can fix one of the biggest issues I have with this game for months, a fix the devs should have applied in order to have paying customers to be able to continue paying, but actually refused to do because they are used to solve issues with other issues rather than do what we are paying them to do, increase game quality.

These skins are the most priced of any other game already, why we need also so much effort and silvers to be able to use them?

I've never seen something like this before, a so wrong and bad design decision (or actually made for a reason that only their internal psychologists know), but damn .. once again Pearl Abyss ... you made something that I never expected.

I wouldn't say it's impossible to do in a week but you can take your time with the quest even if it takes months to complete. You're better off (probably) gambling with the night vendor for it if you have the energy and about 60- 90mil silver.

i made like 7 of these  1 each week  i melted yuria weapons as the person above said  and i did PO traces  granted that was less viable  as for the node.. that depends on ur workers  

my current worker on the node takes 1 hour 25 mins to gather it and i get them at a decent rate  def not enough for the weekly but combined with melting yuria weapons and POs it made it work without too much issue

You can get Traces of Ascension from the Ancient Stone Chamber excavation node. So, if you're doing much with them, I'd suggest that you get that node. It's nowhere near as much as you need if you're going to seriously use them for alchemy, but it's the steadiest way to get them. You can also now get them 300 at a time from one of the alchemy bonus quests, but those are frustratingly rare even for someone who does alchemy daily. So, they're a nice bonus, but they're not at all a steady way to obtain them. The most consistent way to obtain Traces of Ascension would be to get Yuria gear and melt it. Two areas where Yuria gear drops would be the Soldier's Cemetery and the Loopy Tree Forest. So, if you want to get more Traces of Ascension quickly, grinding there is probably your best bet. Unfortunately, the actual drops of Traces of Ascension are too rare to be worth bothering with, so I wouldn't grind for them where they drop, but the Yuria gear drops far more frequently.

In general though, I think that the rate at which you can get traces in this game is pathetic. It's simply way too low to seriously do much with alchemy, which is why most people who do a lot with alchemy have to buy as much as they can from the CM. The alchemy fruits have the same problem. PA has simply bottlenecked too many key alchemy ingredients.

That being said, another way to get leather glaze is to kill the rock head bison near Stonetail Ranch. They're a good source of ox blood (via the fluid collector), which is needed for plenty of alchemy, so it's good to kill them anyway if you're doing much with alchemy, but unfortunately, the drop rate isn't good enough to kill them just for the leather glaze. It does add to your ability to get leather glaze though and would be a reason to gather that type of blood there rather than elsewhere.

Personally, I've gotten a few Patrigio's Apparel Bags via the weekly quest, but I would have to grind for Yuria weapons far more frequently in order to have enough Traces of Ascension to complete it weekly. I'd also probably have to gather herbs more frequently to get the necessary special fruits. I get some of them via farming, but it's way too slow for a weekly quest - especially if you're not able to have 10 large fences.

The way that I've gotten most of my Patrigio Apparel Bags has been via Patrigio. It doesn't show up among his items anywhere near frequently enough, but I check his wares fairly frequently with characters where I don't need to use their energy for something else, and my collection has slowly grown - certainly much faster than I've been able to do with the weekly quest. So, I would suggest that you start regularly visiting the night vendor and do what you can to get your max energy up if it isn't already high. I do completely agree though that PA has made it way too hard to get the materials for the Patrigio's Apparel Bag quest. Sadly, they've made it way too hard in general to get alchemy ingredients.
