Agree.  I skip the last material refresh since I don't need it anymore.    Do my first refresh, blow it out in an hour (or literally 5 minutes if I do all T1's), do instant refresh for my 2nd set, then I have to wait 3 hours to do my 3rd one. 

Just get rid of the cooldown time completely.  I'd like to just get all of my barters done so I can move on to something else.

we dont need the refresh timer anymore to stop bartering from being "go good" grinding is so much better money wise and even some of the other half afk lifeskills beat bartering (which requires big time commitment to actual start out with the ship) in money. Just take the refresh timer out and let us use up our refresh as fast as we want. Would also make players sail more active for extra speed

Straight up remove the barter Cool Down.  Why is an activity time gated activity per day also making you waste your entire day to "maximize it".

Lower? it should be removed entirely. Any tuvala timmy with a little bit of elbow grease and jetina's can start earning 500mil-1bil an hour.

New players are intimidated by the sea content and disuaded because grinding seems like the best option right now considering how easy it is to get into compared to the silver p/hr. 

It will not save barter, its dead.
