No character slot?

I have all teh character slots I can get. In March I bought a new character slot with 10,000 loyalties. (took ages) and 3 months later we still dont get another loyalty character slot???
If I want to use the new pirate character I'm going to have to delete one of my old chracters (with clothes from the pearl shop whoch I paid money for) to make a new character.
Why didint they give us another coupon for us to buy with loyalties?
How many people cant even create the new flashy class because of this BS?

Loyalty character slot refresh at the first of each month. So assuming you bought it when you said you did, it sould be reset and ready for another 10k loyalties. If not, that is a bug and you should try and get help from CS...but good luck with that one as CS for this game has gone in the gutter since PA took over.

I just made a new character with the free slot provided by Pearl Abyss. I didn't spend any pearl or cash for it.
About CS, the reality is that it was overloaded with requests since transfer but nowadays response time is like 1-2 business days, so sorry about your narrative.

I bought another characer slot with pearls. I guess its worth it for new gameplay and updates theyve been doing since 2016
I used to be totally against the idea of DLC years ago, but some DLC that adds many hours of gameplay and fun is worth an extra $10 I guess.

My last inquiry for help was 5 days ago...with ZERO reply back...so your claim of 1-2 days is false. EVERY inquiry I have had with the new PA CS has been...yeah we can't do anything to help if they bother to reply at all. So, no it is utter shit. You LYING for them doesn't help anyone since ANYONE who has had interaction with them will know you are full of it. Don't get me wrong, I actually like this game and a lot of things PA has been doing...their CS however...yeah...no. They need to get on that...but to be fair, I will give until this hysteria over Covid is over before REALLY lambasting them for it. At this point, it is just a mild disapointment to what should have been a glorious transfer of service.
