Lots of guilds nowadays are having a hard time keeping active online members up. Anyway we can reduce the requirements for certain guild functions?
Guild Missions - This requires 3 members online, reduce it to 1 member online, and can be launched and have rewards collected by anyone in the guild with an active contract.
Collect Daily Pay - This requires 10 members online, reduce it to 1 member online.
Support Funds - This requires 10 members online, reduce it to 3 members online.
First I disagree with your premise: the fact your guild is dead doesn't mean that "Lots of guilds nowadays are having a hard time keeping active online members up."
Then your 2 first suggestions basically remove the requirement for guilds to be guilds, aka gathering of several people. What you suggest leads to solo guilds which makes no sense in an MMO.
The only suggestion remotely worth considering imho is reducing the number of online members for guild wide payouts since those get in the mail of members regardless of their online status.
Any guild that don't even have 10online player is a dead guild and should be disbanded.
Though I don't see any legit reason why they have such limits, seems pointless.
Guilds are not meant to be personal welfare systems.
They're meant to be managed, they are meant to be grown
