You have a 1080ti and I have a 3080.I don't think its a gpu issue.
At this point the only thing i want to know is what is the cause just for curiosity cus i love to solve problems but this got me :S

Try sending a support ticket pointing it out.I tried yesterday in the hope they actually do something this time.

the funny thing is u cannot change the core number or priority affinity atm if u have Intel processor =))) .
Using TaskManager/ Process Lasso u cannot change the BDO process priority after the big maintenance (only with Intel processor) and now i've started to have FPS drop !

You have to apply the affinity to the launcher (BlackDesertPatcher32.pae) and it will carry over to BlackDesert64.exe. Also, to set the priority to high you will need to do some stuff in the Registry Editor. All this is due to the new anticheat, EAC.

Out of curiosity.If you have a live frametime graph up and the bigger of the spikes happen.Does it look like mine when it happens live?It's like 2 quick frametime spikes in 1.
You are running the game across your 16 threads. The more you have, the more prone to stutters you are. These stutters can mostly be fixed by applying the correct affinity to the game, which is 6 threads, doesn't matter whether you use "true" cores or mix Hyper-Threading / SMT threads with real cores. Most of people are unaware of this issue and it's due to how the engine runs its best.
The workarounds I've mentioned above can be found in my -> reddit guide <-and has worked for many people succesfully. Worst case scenario, you would need to overclock your cache clock speed if you are an Intel user.

Pearl abyss need to implement something like escape from tarkov then (An ingame setting to disable cpu cores/threads) if updating the engine to work accordingly with higher end cpu's can't be done.
Hate having to rely on third party software to make things work :/

Another wierd issue I noticed since the transfer is this.
Just standing still.At first I tought it was because of the new monitor I got yesterday but the issue presented itself on the old monitor too.Pretty easy to trigger it too as I just need to lookup in an area where I can max my fps.(It's like a 4/10 times I can get it to happen)

No idea if those two problems are related, since I see that your FPS doesn't drop that drasticly. I drop in FPS for split second every minute. Like from 120FPS down to 60FPS ... I understand that fps drops a bit while I'm grinding because all those effects, but it goes down slowly, so it's not that bad. But those FPS dips I get every minute are instant ... going from 120FPS to 60, just like entire game would freeze for 100ms. It's just horrible.
That sounds suspiciously like you have a 120hz monitor with vsync on? If so then any time you drop under 120fps it will half giving you 60fps.

O yeah, we back, damn stutter men, i test it again and again, only think that fix it is 60hz monitor and vsync ON, and ofc 60fps, comone PA fix the game, we give you to much money, where is the quality that, you need to give as?

Keep nagging them with tickets.That's what I've been doing these past 2 years (Granted,they haven't done anything as of yet to fix the issue)
