Just sent a ticket about this as well to PA, I have a rtx 3070 with a 5600x cpu with 16gb 3200mhz ram, had no issues whatsoever with this until the last 2 patches (Can't confirm which one). Going from having no stuttering to stuttering almost every second when I'm doing skills is fairly annoying, hope they really look into this because it's very frustrating.

GM's taking the piss now.They saying the same shit they told me 2 years ago.

This kind of effect is usually a by-product of (usually slow) data transfer between your storage device (where the game is installed) and your RAM modules. Among a variety of occasions, these stutters can occur when you are casting skills for the first time after loading in the game, visit your residence or traverse through the world at high speed (eg. on a horse with Drift & Instant Acceleration).

To verify that this is indeed the case, we will need a video that showcases the stutters you are experiencing along with your Disk usage graph; such a visual representation will allow us to provide you with more accurate assistance.

The Disk usage graph can be found in your Resource Monitor, which can be opened through your Task Manager's Performance tab (located on the bottom left of the window). Once you've opened your Resource Monitor, keep an eye on the Disk graph found on the right side of the window.

What you are specifically looking for is to match the graph's spikes with the FPS stutters that you are receiving in-game; if they do match, you can observe that the cause of the stuttering is indeed the fact that game assets are being loaded by the client.

As this is a hardware and engine related issue there is no solid solution that can be applied to resolve it, there are nonetheless a few things that you can try to alleviate the problem:

• In the case you are using an HDD, perform a disk defragment.
• For an SSD, use your vendor's performance/maintenance utility if available.
• Close any RAM or storage heavy applications.
• Perform a full, clean driver re-installation using DDU.
• Make sure that all Visual C++ Redistributables are installed on your system (repair if needed).
• Disable unnecessary background processes.

Are they fckn serious.They even told me to make a video.

Literally told them open up the game and a frametimegraph and im not wasting my time on a video.

Damn.Don't know if its correlating with my new 3080 or the transfer but micro stutters seem to be happening more then normal atm.

I have the same issue. Opening the Guild UI causes a big lag spike. Also opening a pearl shop causes a lag spike. This problem didn't exist before this patch.

I'm talking more about straight up random micro stutter while moving around/using skills in general.

I mean...They could start with trying with minimap on/off.See what's being injected thats causing this issue."Oh so thats doing this when this is ON"

I'm not gonna claim I'm some insane programmer but the least they should do is straight up tell us if they have any intention of fixing an issue thats seems to get fixed by removing a UI element.

They claimed they fixed the fps loss related to the 2d map.There was a time using the 3d map was preferable because of fps loss.If they can fix that then can fix this.

Issue still going on :/ I swear its also partly skills on packs of mobs causing them

any fixes? i have a ryzen 7 2700x what is my true cores?

I7 9700k + rx 6800 xt 12gb + ddr4 ram 36gb 3200. Well bdo dont want me to play, if i use global setting i get 250 fps in akf but starting moving instantly lose 20-40. I don't  know why.
