Yes, I did exaggerate to get my point across, it was 40%, but even at 40%, I should have hit TET by the third attempt.

https://www.quora.com/If-something-has-a-30-chance-of-happening-what-are-the-chances-of-it-happening-within-3-tries

lmao, to get it at 3rd attempt with a 40% success rate, 1-(0.6^3) = 78.4%. The likelihood of you succeeding by the third attempt is 78.4% using a 190 stack which is worth way more than 20billion on a 1 billion item.

you can outright buy a tet just by doing full afk activities for a week, if you can't even afford a billion item in today's economy, which is already overly inflated with people making 400-600m an hour.

Something else came up recently about carnival games that gave me a pretty good idea whats going on with enhancement success and RNG or certain elements in the game. Ever wonder why you cant turn off the guild/party enhancements notifications, and you KNOW that streamers get carried, because PA want you to see that, but they will never show you the failed attempts.

Lets say, PA allows 50 PEN items to be enhanced per day, or per week, per server. Once that quota has been met NO ONE will be able to enhance to PEN for the rest of the day/week. No matter how many times you try even with a 70% chance stack you will allways fail, then you try again the next day and succeed first time. I tried to TET a red nose armor FIVE times in a row with a 50% chance stack and ended up with a DUO. To get my Tuvala weapon to PEN I wasted 1000 cron stones. thats like worth $100 if I bought them with pearls.

Some players did a test a year or two ago and tested enhanceing with different stacks at different times and found that if they had succeeded multiple times in a row, then tried to enchant something higher, no matter how many times they trried after X ammount of successes they would allways fail no matter how many times they tried for the rest of that day. Then the next day they tried and succeded multiple times in a row, and then nothing at all for the rest of the day despite the enhancent stacks they had.

My First Tuvala TRI and TET attempt succeeded after 2 attempts (with crons), then the next succeded after 4 attempts, then I swapped to a different piece of gear and tried to TET at the same enhancement % cahnce and succeeded after 5 attempts. Still using my remaining crons I succeeded to PEN the main weapon after 6 attempts, The Sub weapon PEN succeded after 1000 crons were used (7/8 attmepts), then my awaken weapon just would not pop PEN after another 1000 Crons, I only hed enough Crons by that stage to do 1 more attempt and said Ill try again tomorrow, which I did, I got some crons from some bosses and the awaken weapon popped on the second attempt.

This applies to every RNG in the game, Item drop chance, enhancement cahnce, boss loot, etc. The % chance you are shown is an illusion. a scam. each player is only allowed to have so many successes every day, or week, and only so many people succeed per server. If you are going to try a PEN attempt, wait untill the next day, and go to a server with a low population, then try to PEN it and let me know the results here.

One thing you need to stop doing is comparing gear sets of Streamers with yours.   When it comes to business streamers can claim whatever they bought online as a tax-deductible and at times can claim gambling losses as well.     If you seriously think that most of them just got "lucky" when it comes down to enhancing and they are 700+ GS in a matter of a year, let's just say they are outliers.    With the added leverage of being completely anon, this can be simplified just by going Unknown Adventurer and spamming crons/artisans to get the desired gear.    Sell yourself as a businessman with a suit and tada you got some followers willing to do anything to get where they are...

For normal gameplay when it comes down to % the best way is to use Standard Deviation or for a non-scientist like myself Bell Curve.  It explains a lot of these patterns and the distribution of outcomes within our data sets.    When I say some of these streamers 700GS+ are outliers that there are way too many of them within a small amount of time.   Most can be easily explained by expanding Pearl Shop sales and Artisans multiplier.

Also, stop using crons on Tuvala they are the best items to enhance with for actual failstacks.  The only thing I might cron is the Tuvala Necklace for high AP gains added the fact that it only gives +1 failstack per failure.

By the way, when it comes to an illusion, I've been trying for Kagtum pot piece almost every season and I'm still zero 3 lvl 61 and a lvl 62.  Yes with the given playing  PERCENTAGE for some players it is definitely a pipe dream.    Just like winning the lottery!!! (of course an exagerration).

don't think there is a single streamer or player in general that have over 680gs and has only been playing a year, most of their account age is at least 3-4 years old

Lol, i dont think there is a single successful streamer who has not abused some form of p2w.

One of em got banned then had pen gear within 2 weeks on their new account. Its not been a year bit im pretty sure the guy, or what ever his name is was has over 680.

the new account he bought has been playing since 2016 and was more geared than his old banned p2w account, whale accounts have always been less geared than those who grind 20 hours a day, it's almost like, the game rewards those who actually play the game and not those who can pay more.

Those who can afford to grind 20 hours a day and actually progress, or stock the marketplace usually are the whales.

Without crons ur just grinding to lose progress, or transfer silver to whales, when u buy their cronned PENS.

And he didnt buy the account. Its a new one he made, he learned his lesson the first time.

you clearly don't know anything.

people that grind aren't whales, you can't have income and extra time to play games, there are only 24 hours in a day.

you have a chance on losing progress regardless of you cron or not, unlike the typical garbage western MMO such as wow and ff14, you progress with silver rather than getting straight item drops, meaning using silver to buy outfits or crons from NPC and you didn't succeed on enhancing then you just lost progress since the silver are spent, people that grind hard buy outfits off-market or crons from NPC if you are from EU

and no, he bought the account, it's a ranger siege account from eden days, I even know whose account it was. (kinda obvious considering the alchemy stone)

almost like the game rewards those who actually plays rather than those that whale, then again, most people think it's the other way around because they don't even play the game in the first place.

Hmm...Its not possible for someone to sound more naive..

Nope, none of that is accurate. Correcting every falsehood would totally derail this topic, so...What ever? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
