Has/is anybody else experienced  this problem, it's been going on for years and I still don't know the cause.

Opening up the black spirit adventure dice game or even the guild ranking pages is so extremely laggy, and only those windows btw - the main game runs fine with these windows up - resulting incompletely unusuable features (especially guild rank and it's search facility).

This problem has persisted through numerous re-installs of the game, windows, changes in hardware.

I know this tread is kinda old, but it seems to me that nobody is doing anything about this problem, so I just like to share my experience.

The Black Spirits Adventure is so laggy for me that its hardly worth playing, its allways been laggy but the last few days its gone from bad to worse, and its now allmost impossible to play. I hope somebody is working on it.

I have also had this probably for the last several months and not sure why. Any time I open a menu or open a chat box the game lags significantly. When it isn't open everything is completely fine and I have over 100fps even when in town at max graphics. It's so odd to me. I might message support soon to see why

still a major problem black spirit adventure window drops frames and is laggy on that WINDOW only when i want to roll the dice 
why haven't this been fixed!?!

for me lowering my graphic settings worked fine had my game with remastered mode but the black spirit was all laggy so yeah just went to high everything is perfectly fine now

It's because your v-sync is disabled, if you want it to work properly you have to enable v-sync or just let it be as is.

I actually have v-sync off because if i turn it on i get stuttering during certain cinematics or just graphic intensive areas, and it's not that my pc can't handle it, it's because something else going on. 

I don't know why v-sync is not an actual setting you can toggle in this game and have to actually go to Nvidia Control Panel, i guess it's required for certain things to work smoothly like the board game.

Tested both, and both of them work, so you can choose from any of them.

I have this problem too, but only sometimes, and it seems entirely arbitrary too.
Sometimes it's buttery smooth, sometimes it's laggy as all hell (even being on the exact same settings).
