I feel it's time pa revisits the guild system and make some much needed upgrades. 

First all guilds should be able to get a permanent guild house, where members can help upgrade and decorate via missions. 

Second missions need to be tweaked again as the silver gain for both the guild and players are really low and almost not worth doing if the guild has full buffs.

Also we should be able to pick the missions. No more rng missions. Just add a selection and allow us to pick what we want and how much depending on the size of the guild.

Guild bosses. For pve guilds that do not do sea monster missions it's hard to get any payouts so let guild bosses give lots of silver and better drops. Also add new ones like bhegs, dim, zarka, kutum, nouver, and so on this way players can do more activities with guilds. 

i also think that guild system is ripe for an update but Im sure its not as urgent as the outdated lifeskills, workers/workshops

One thing that grinds my gears is lack of guild co-operative content. WE NEED MORE, ENDLESS THINGS TO DO.

why is there a 10 mission per day limit? this is stupid and silly. 

I am somewhat fine with the 10 limit but the rng of the mission selection needs to go. The balancing of pay needs to be adjusted. Lots more needs to be done to. I love the manor addition because as dumb as it seems for some it adds something to do outside of the grind for gear. As someone who only has pen accessory to get and c20 on gear. It's a nice break to work on, and I think guilds would benefit from a permanent house system to.

I've been helping guildies who are new/returning players like myself who just came back. Get on the right track for gear. It would be great to have more guild only stuff where I can do with guildies to help them progress, outside of grinding mobs.
