Aside from Merv's palette (which is temporary) and market-purchasing specific dye colors (which requires waiting and hoping someone fulfills it), there are no options anymore to dye armor for people from my country (Netherlands) or Belgium.

There are no alternatives, leaving me unable to permanently dye my character's armor and weapons.

Please add some non-lootbox dye options to the pearl store, so I can purchase dye and dye my character again!

Honestly, no one should be buying the permanent dyes. They're a total scam. Anyone who actually gets the colors they want without spending a fortune is incredibly lucky. The odds are very high that paying for Merv's Palette would cost less, and since Merv's Palette is included in the Value Pack, buying Value Packs on sale is probably what pretty much any player who wants to dye their outfits should be doing.

Of course, it would be nice if PA provided a reasonable option to dye outfits permanently rather than effectively having to pay a subscription, but given what they currently have, you're not missing out on anything by not being able to buy individual dyes, and I'd be very surprised if they gave us a reasonable option for permanent dyes at this point, since they obviously want players to be paying regularly for the "subscription" stuff like the Value Pack, Kamasylve's Blessing, and Secret Book of Old Moon.
