The gear from Jetina quest for guaranteed PEN upgrade. Since it can't be exchanged on PEN with the guy in Tarif (only TET works). Can we get the ability to use Weapon Exchange Coupon please? Ofcourse still untradable, it's not free either expending the exchange coupon, hopefully it's alright.

The weapons should be able to be swapped to a different weapon, ie kzarka long bow to kzarka florang.  They could put a 1b price to simulate the taxes, since the Jetina pens can not be sold.
