Since the reboot, older classes (well, most of them), have been able to show a much better performance. 

However, some of the newer classes, which were for some reason left out of the reboot, are now lagging behind compared to the rebooted ones. Nova is one of them.

Succession Nova is at the moment among the weakest classes, if not *the* weakest, in PvE -- from low to high-end.  She does have a niche in PvP in which she is useful, but that niche is exremely limited -- almost as limited as a DP Shai. 

Since the character reboot, every single character has undergone significant changes. Except for Succession Nova, that is. As a result, she is very outdated. Most of her features are useless. Her 'unique' HP regeneration passive is as good as gone; compared to Woosa's similar passive, it is an absolute waste of a skill -- and that's not mentioning that Nova literally damages herself with every skill. She is one of the most unsustainable characters in PvE because of that, and because of a surprising lack of FG skills despite being a shield class. Every one of her non-command skills is simply useless; they barely even quialify as filler skills. Her shift+e is simply an atrocious skill; and it used to be one of her most iconic features. 

Should I mention her mobility? She is the slowest class in the game *by far*. Her stamina is gone after a few dashes, and she can't move afterwards; her w+c and s+c don't function as proper movement (and barely have any use at all). Her only iframe is pathetic and has a gigantic cooldown; her BS rage skills are the worst in the game.

Awakening Nova, on the first glance, does not struggle as much as Succession, but at the moment she is far from optimal. She used to be at the top of the pack on Orcs due to being able to abuse weapons, but nowadays pretty much every reworked class is capable of that -- but without a weapon, she is quite honestly average. 
And that is on Accel. That is her main problem -- while on accel she is comptetitive and can perform on the same level as other classes, without it she feels very inadequate and slow. Her skill pool is very small, first of all, compared to rebooted classes. She also has very long cooldowns, which leads to enormous skill drought -- she constantly runs out of skills, even if she uses all available fillers, and either has to use rabams, awkwardly move around, or use her repeatable skills. Beyond 3 main damage skills, her fillers are very, very weak: they have small aoe, small damage, and no utility. At the moment, her awakening suffers from the same problems awakening DK suffered from before reboot. 

In PvP, she is only relevant with accel, and that sets *very* serious limitations on her. 

[Edit: since the suggestion was first submitted, Awakening Nova has received a range of very good and substantial updates and reworks to her key mechanics, changing and improving almost every aspect of her gameplay.]

P.S. Axian should act as Maegu's fox in idle stances. It's a key aspect of the character's identity, and both functionally and lore-wise acts exactly like Maegu's fox. Let it appear by the class, too. 

Now I know how people feel when their class is dumpster fire, I used to see people back in the day complain on old mmo games and stuff but how can succ nova even be allowed to exist in her current state in pve, long ass CD's no damage, I guess she has ok AOE but still pretty crap 4/10 pve class @ BEST. I upvoted this because succ nova needs some help and im not asking her to be succ lahn level JUST decent

Exactly.

To be fair, PA did promise to bring every class to Lahn's level, but that is probably not happening ever. Nova just needs her main weaknesses addressed, and she deserves it.

And of course there are other classes who need urgent attention: Sage, Tamer, Wiz/Witch, etc.

If y'all have any suggestions on rework you may as well list em here. What if a miracle happens and PA listens to the playerbase for once?

Recent improvements (Global Labs and KR this week) to Nova seem to be good, but very surface-level. They do not solve key issues neither for succession nor for awakening. 

Awakening still suffers from skill drought, lack of damage and utility on most of them and overreliance on a few strong ones, very lackluster performance outside Accel and overreliance on it -- which means everywhere, especially in PvP, novas are stuck sucking vacuums for two minutes before they can join in for 30 seconds of Accel. It needs a rebalance between Accel and non-accel, so that latter (and general performance) is improved, but Accel is not made as OP as it used to be; possibly not as strong, yet longer or sustainable through use of breath-generating skills. 

And yes, she still needs a visual rework. 

Succession Nova just needs improvements in every department. Faster movement, less HP drain, more damage, shorter cooldowns. 

Also come on, stop torturing Tamer and buff them properly. 

Also do something about succession Sage, please. 

Succession Nova used to have a cap on bonus AP which was removed at the same time the older classes were re worked. As a result the summons will scale with your AP as well as bonus AP so gearing her properly is key to playing succession.  At the same time she will benefit from DR and needs accuracy as well in order to be effective. She also scales really well with HP so you want to accumulate as much as possible, this will help with Axian as well as her block. When built properly she is a beast.

Class is unplayable, especially in t3 and t2s. Valkyries 1shots me while blocking with their BSRs. Cringe
