TLDR: Could be great learning tool for PvP begginers.

The buffed version (inside a snowstorm) of boss as 1v1 is great to practice your pvp protection. It CC pretty much with nearly every attack if not every, it can even knockdown (unable to use V) and dishes out some dangerous dps. You don't wana get CCed by this one, it's not gurantee death, but even getting low isn't pretty.

This is great design if it would be some kind of dummy or easily accessible encounter. You could quickly test your pvp defense in real combat. Could be great link for players who looking to get into pvp. It emphasizes importance of protection and how pvp works in general. Sort of rather than reading guide, player get to practice against oponent who dishes out one CC after another.
