• Barring branding, Awakened Nova's shield and Sting will consistently shatter <1 hour of grinding - the rapier often doing so by about the 40-minute mark. This is, simply put, ludicrous. The vast majority of other quick-hit classes don't have to brand their gear just to get a piddling hour of grinding; why does Awakened Nova? (It also, I might add, almost doubles the repair bill for the same amount of work as my Lahn would accomplish in the same timeframe).
• Sting clashes with almost everything. Cool - it's a weapon that occassionally changes shape into a baby sycthe. But couldn't this have been accomplished via animations alone, thus allowing for us to have the ability to alter the blade's appearance like almost every other awakening implement in the game? As an example, the Imperium Ortum set is something I might have considered buying - cosplaying as a praetorian guard? Awesome. Except, NOPE, because there's Sting, still looking like some Burtonesque, neo-gothic nightmare come to life, ruining the entire look. I mean, we can't even dye Sting - just the gauntlet.
• In the same vein, Nova has been out a full year now... when, exactly, are we going to be included in the normal costume release rotation? To shine some light on this: Novas have no option to purchase or wear either the new Termine dress, or the Empheria Marine set. I sort of understand Drakania and Corsair being excluded, since they're newer... but isn't Nova kind of approaching middle age at this point? Shouldn't she be included in these releases?
• Why is a class that is entirely built around a burst window not spawning into Arena of Solare with her Star's Breath bar already at 100 percent? I didn't design the Nova this way - PA did. So one would think that they would understand that a) outside that magic window, she isn't stellar, and b) the vast majority of these borked arenas end long before the bar would ever fill.
My knot also getting destroyed in a hour grind with awa DK so IDK if that's much.
Devs never have addressed why some classes and why succession/awakening has drastically different durability rates.
