Its just Seed that actually works, every other "range" skills have like "25% succes rate to lock on target" (PA even tried to "fix" Obsidian Ashes twice, but its still attacks into the void, even if there is 20 ppl right on target) and have "range" less than valk lance, if you call "range" a skill that have 0.5m range that's on you.
Go play range class to see what range skills is, when you attack from range your skill actually hit target even if they moving. For DK, your "range attack" mostly always will fail on moving target.
And for special players who doesn't know about existing of class damage ratio - Damage type - aka magic/melee/range doesn't mater at all, Its not like Mystic have same % damage reduction to magic class, she have individual % reduction to every class. So its totatlly doesn't mater what type of damage class do, because if PA decide that you class do 90% damage to other class, you'll do 90% of any type of damage.

what about shattering darkness, soul snatch, shadow strike? i seem to hit ppl just fine with ppl moving. I could even include the seed and shatter flows if you want to count those too. oh and grip of grudge!

btw that table looks nice, but it would only make sense if classes would deal 100% damage otherwise. However classes aren't equal (or balanced) even without the class modifiers. There are classes that do more damage and there are ones who do less. Just look at the decent 70%+ PvP reduction on DK abilities...

not to mention the weird things like 1, 2, 3 attacks, max hit attacks, multi hit attacks and x attacks
dk ability tooltips are all janky and some of the info is wrong.
1, 2, 3 i get, such as ravage rake
max hit attacks is one ability that can split depending on how many targets get hit. shattering darkness for example does a lot of damage to 1 target but kinda sucks if its split among 3 targets.
multi hit attacks like kama slash can hit multi targets multiple times.
so the damage is never split, there's two more moves i can confirm that do this but the tooltip doesn't state, its lunacy and twilight dash.
just goes to show how bad the presented info is and its been like this for years already XD
