It almost feels like they want to KILL this game, and they're killing it slowly, trying to make us slowly get the hint over time and leave.  Why cap the character list?  Making another account isn't a good option, as it is too cumbersome for players and just makes everything onerous.  I Hope they love this game as much as we do, so, if it's a progamming/storage issue, c'mon PA!  Find a better solution!!!  We WANT to spend our hard-earned dollars and BUY those extra slots!  Don't give us reason not to!  Besides, with all these new and extra characters we make, we HAVE to buy an outfit or to for them.  MONEY in the bank, guys!  Do what the players/fanbase wants!  Don't follow Disney's playbook.  Make us happy, and make yourselves some money.  EVERYONE wins!

I frankly declare that I have no desire to play ... since yesterday after the maintenance, my only occupation is to train horses. Thanks PA for excluding me from this season!

Can someone explain to me if the quests that the character has done are lost. 
Are they subtracted from the total? 
Also instead of losing outfits they should give us a way to transfer them to another character.

Yup you will loose the number of quests done on the character you will delete. But you will keep the + extra base failstack, for example going from 20k+ to 17k total max, you will still have the +4 base failstack.
