Hello,
This suggestion was applied with last week's update (December 21).
Low HP (40%) Alert Toggle Added
• Added option to toggle the alert that is displayed when HP is lower than 40%.
- ESC Menu - Settings (F10) - General Settings - Alerts - Mortal Danger

The main issue I have is the vignette effect is too strong in the middle of the screen.
You could have the dark red at the edges, but there is no reason to have 75% of the middle of the screen be a dim red/black color where i can barely see anything.
