heya all,

 so i am trying to get knowledge on Mirumok Watcher for a quest. i feel pretty weak in the fight with all the mobs, but i can manage to kill everything, except for the watcher i think? i am trying to read various sources and it sounds like right now it is not possible to kill them? or do i have to just be really fantastic at burst and kill them in a very small time window?

Yes. It's very possible to kill it and get knowledge. If you can't kill it before it explodes, then you simply don't have high enough AP yet.

At 276/278/351, I have no problem whatsoever killing them before they explode, but it wouldn't surprise me if it's not possible if you're closer to 240.

ty for the info. i am on season server and i think i am at about 240ish. the mechanic was kind of confusing to me. i guess i will have to come back and do the quest later, or maybe drink a bunch of potions etc to try to get it done. 

It took me several hours of grinding before I got knowledge, it's not terribly easy but if you grind trees a lot you will eventually get the knowledge. I think season characters would have a lot of issues getting this knowledge, I would recommend 260+ AP. The trees will spawn enemies and once the tree has no more enemies to spawn it will start to flash and self destruct after maybe 5 seconds. People use trees as a means to level since it gives so much XP and you can just go from one tree to another in a triangle grind. By the time you defeat your third tree, you can do the first one again and repeat.

Basically you have to wait until it's ready to explode and then kill the stump before it explodes. When it starts glowing red means it's about to detonate and you goto pop it.

Well, 240 is basically the minimum AP for Mirumok, and it's intended as a party zone. So, doing it solo at that point is pretty slow, and you probably will have a hard time killing the "towers" like the watcher before they blow up. Mirumok isn't really a zone suited for season characters.

I've been waiting for the Mirumok Watcher until it's glowing red and ready to detonate but somehow I am still not able to gain the knowledge. I am at 241 AP at the moment. Is this an ongoing issue for Seasonal Characters? Please help been at it for almost 2 months but still not gaining it.
