The first bug (boat stuck at dock) is a collision bug. nothing fixes it but going into character selection and back or swapping server.
The second one is random in occurence and duration. it happens only when connecting with a ship already at sea. The video explains it very well. The saddest part is a GM once replied those huge waves were a feature lol
