Remove the limitation on joining a guild as mercenary when your own guild has placed a fort, be it for Nodewar or Siege.

Currently, the mercenary contract system is used exclusively to join fights. Very often, guilds place "snipe" forts for Nodewar or Siege, which are meant try to obtain access to the nodewar dealers or the siege reward without intending to fight at all.

When this happens, players who actually want to fight and are looking for a guild to join as mercenaries for the day can no longer do so. This interaction serves absolutely no purpose and forces the people who are placing the fort to keep tabs with people looking to actually fight in their guild, so as to not lock them out of their fight by "placing too early".

This interaction has no place and BDO would be better without it. People who want to fight should be able to do so and the people looking for free money and rewards shouldn't need to worry about their guildies being unable to enjoy the game.
