See image first, notice the Steam page says one thing and the FAQ saya another

(i cant find 'My pade>invotory' but checked things called invotory on steam, not in there ... think you are using the wrong wording)

So i go to look for esc menu redeem. The is no such thing. there is redeem cupon code unders support.

Still working this out as I type. It's important to make these things simple PA, becuse this will tick new customers howt have jsut payed for a product (they wont come to the forum like i have, we have seen what happens :P).

Im sure some one will tell me the easy solution , may have even work it out by then. That's is not the point. I following PA instucrion to test them, and they are failing...

Onec i work this out i will know, i dont need to ask anymore or show i didnt know how to do this (and get called names :)... But it's important i point out the issue for other customers that will just walk away.

So I located it. Your Steam page and FAQ are indeed out of date. And out of date since at least the new UI. Older player using the old UI may not have had this issue. New player using the default UI will struggle. Poor Profomace PA. Now where is my reward for giving you this feedback and wasting my time? E.g. doing your job for ya.

No where in your steam or FAQ dose is state. Press escape(ingame): (1)Click the community tab>(2)Redeem>(3)Click 'use' on the pop up screen.

Now that i have done that, i have to try and locate where the iteam will be... Shee PA!

It appear in my mail.. ha.. well I though it may , as a veteran player. There it is waiting for me on page 7 :P titled ‘Send web Storage Items’, Not ‘Steam DLC’ or anything clear like that, lol…
