Every few months, I´d roughly guess like 3-4 times a year.
Everything in the Pearl Shop is ridculously overpriced for a reason: Discounts do recur for everything and all in there, including the Pearls themselves. If you buy without discount you basically pay extra for extra convenience (the convenience not to wait). And not even all of the discounts are advisable, many are newb traps as so many things in this game.
I have spend quite a bit on Pearl things in this game but I made it a rule to not buy anything which is not on discount (excluding Pearls which makes things being discounted twice so to speak). Otherwise I´d feel bad, paying i. e. 32 EUR for a virtual outfit with clipping issues etc. ...

Alright thanks, guess I'll wait. haven't bought pearls before and had just won 2000 pearls from the event, so I am trying to maximize its use by getting items at discount.
