I have watched NA steamer have an issue where their game hang and take an age to crash, Never had this happen to me on EU. Always been a fast crash.

I assumed it may be how their computer handles the crash compared to mine, now I’m not so sure.

As I visit NA, I notice I get these long hangs like I have seen the NA streamers get. So this is an NA phenomenon related to NA server.

Sure, my longer ping probably  exacerbates the issue, causes it more, but that irrelevant to this feedback. I’m hoping what I tell you can help you narrow down the issue for NA players. It’s some sort of server connection issue and not the client or computer (I guess)

PA, you cannot know the ping of the player even if they are native to the server. You’re game should not fall apart because of dropped packets or connection time outs, It should capture this common error.

I am sure J is a capable lead developer and fully understands what I am stating and agrees, so I can only assume he has not be show /told about this issue In the correct manner. I have taken the time to do this.

Excuses such as high traffic (even DoSS), players ping, busy server are irrelevant to the fact that error needs to be captured and controlled, separate from its cause.

(Yes video is one night session, sometimes it didn’t crash, sometimes it did,..also, sorted that striker shai damage modifier yet? No.. oh, not even on your radar)

Anfeild drops us in a new player stream, new to the game, tryingit out, with friends too.

What happens in my video happen to them live on stream (magnus).. left them confused. that's the new player experiance in NA. vetrens may put up with this, new players wont.

plenty of time to write this while i suffer error capture fail related to connection, leading to crashes...

Fair enough happens to me on NA and im EU... but its happening to much to NA player in NA (visit a lot of streams)

Given up on NA severs now, problems 10 time worste the with larger pings.. but yet again, ping aside, should not crash. How many new players have walked away and said nothing... i know that would have been me if i was new at this stage... but im invested.
