Whenever you want to make sure that someone you have in the party cannot steal your drops, basically (eg when leeching mob kills only).
Also, testing purposes (checking if certain things work or not, having different party settings can be quite useful, eg when sharing elixir buffs and other buff sharing etc)
Ah okay thanks for that. I never do fiddle around with party settings other than party leader only drops when helping people. Good to know.

It would provide another purpose or option for the party leader menu. I know there isn't a lot to be said here but if you can convince your friends to approve this post with an upvote, it will help!
