Can we have IN GAME notify like system warning or sth like that in the evening while most ppl are playing, day before, that will teel US the PLAYERS that u change the time of next maintence to the other day/hours. Pls this will make my life easier cos i dont have habits to chceck the others communication chanels like Your website or w/e evry week. This will help me to plan my day time or weektime better and help to get more time that i can put to the game also it will help my afk plays.

press f2 and its there, BUT this api is humongus dogshit, loads like ass, crashes often, sometimes just doesnt load, opens my browser (why???? its literally an open browser already and you want to open your own site already anyway!!!!)

That doesn't make it okay. This game is already filled to the brim with "quit moments" for new players, do we really need more? I agree with OP and I've been playing for years. We shouldn't NEED to have 3 monitors with 487 browser tabs open just to know how the game we're playing will behave.
