5. Choice between RNG music and Normal

6. Better progression system for Ships and Wagons

7. Fix sailing so you don't crawl 1mph if you're unlucky with the wind / wave direction

8. More inventory slots / storage slots / character expansion slots

9. Elvia expansion

10. Rift has opened notification can be disabled.

11. Ice fishing / Taundra expansion for winter.

Welp, those are my hopes and dreams but I won't hold my breath for any of them.

That's exactly why they should keep doing roadmaps, there is nothing wrong with setting unrealistic goal and admiting mistakes you make and explaining why, this its how things should be done. Transparensy and communication with playerbase ( not content creators, players) is how you gain trust and understanding of players.

Instead we have catastrophic changes and updates,  only "content creators" and "i play a week in new update" players happy about it. If we keep going that way, we might end up Newworld way (i've read they change game  to "season type game" and wiping all progress every ~6month's).

Is there a reason why you have cut off the rest of the sentence, as well as the paragraph, and singled out the part of Throne and Liberty?
What do you fear about Chrono Odyssey that made you delete it?
And have you understood what was meant by "others"?
At the end of the day, even Throne and Liberty, which has a very different gameplay style, still has the potential to draw out by any margin a part of the game's playerbase for stateable reasons, even if it's less than Chrono Odyssey or the rest of the other MMORPG on their way.

Chrono Odyssey right now it's a question mark, we only have some trailers about it, they don't even have a beta in sight much less a release window so ¿why would i comment about it now? I'll wait and see if it really is a BDO "competitor".

Meanwhile, we have an actual beta of Throne and Liberty going on, we can actually see it's systems, it's gameplay, it's combat... And while every person has it's own opinion calling it BDO competition is widly wiiiiiiidly optimistic. Most bdo players will see the 2002 static combat and shrug the game off.

My initial post came from a place of disappointment as i'd personally had hoped TnL could be a worthy game and not the (probable) DoA game we are getting in the end.

ncsoft will manage it in west, so name a sucesfull mmorpg managed by ncsoft in west ? the only mmorpg from them working in west is guild war

and what i read the half mmorpg player expect the worst from this game, because they dont trust in ncsoft

pearl abyss is just bad, ncsoft is epic fail, black desert will outlive all ncsoft mmorpg in west

I was interested in seeing what the game has to offer as well until I saw how automated it is.

The graphics looks nice and the story seems okay but the gameplay is not for me.

As for Chrono Odyssey, I really like the combat and story that has been shared and if it has more group content than BDO, it has the chance to interest me more than BDO to be honest, as BDO really lacks group content and that's something I really miss when I play the game.

doesnt matter what we see because they dont own it up. id like them to actually tackle balance properly in all content and act upon it promptly.

this whole "use class X, Y or Z for A, Class R,T,F for B" is actually super cringe and makes u feel so shit about your progress and class choice  if you dont give in and reroll and tag classes A and B because devs are slow to react.

Rock/Scissors/Paper actually the proper class balance, but in case of BDO we have Shotgun/Paper type of balance
