Is the game playable? If so I cant find a download tab anywhere on the website.... Where do I download to play?

I've no idea where it is in the new website but it's just faster/easier to link you to the old one.

new launcher download will be avail soon prob.. i think 8 days from now we can install the new launcher, and like 12 days from now.. the new download of bdo will be enforced probs, so old launcher won't be any good .-. (if my memory serves properly.. )

No. As mentioned in the transfer-related FAQ, you will not need to re-download the game client. Once Pearl Abyss’ service begins, you will only need to download an installer with a small file size. After setting up the installer, you will still be able to continue to use the original client. We will provide more details about this in a future announcement.

ok this works if downloading full game. How do I just install launcher over existing game files without full download?

Thats the same what im looking for, if i start BDO now i still get that big message and cant login, how do i get the new launcher for pearl abyss or do i really have to uninstall reinstall?

Then run it and make sure it's pointing to your existing BDO folder.  Update should be just under 2GB.

Tried it and it wants to download 38gb, i cant point it to my old install, it wants his own folder and do its fresh install there or im blind.

"make sure to rename old installation folder to BlackDesert" did the trick, it did not let me chose the old one and always wanted todo full re-install.
