If a New skill(s) were added to shai and your options where… See option (at end)

Which would you pick?

This relates to player vs player (PvP) and not pve, but ya know, such a skills could be used in both.

I want to add something about that 3rd option, sound good and all, but the first to are not gear influenced, but purely functional, so retain their functionality throughout game changes. Where as option 3 will depend on your gear, or the enemies gear, builds and current metas

Shai's inability to escape means she is left with very strange opinions;

- The attacker choose, on a whim, if the shai dies or not as she cannot escape an attacker (making shai a victim class, This is preferred in KR, as they play BDO very differently, with special social rules (go ask 'huehotbar' Kr steamer), we do not follow the same social rules in NA/EU), all other classes have more mobility and speed that shai. (Average shai players)

- The shai is forced to stand and fight, be the aggressors, because to run it death. There is no option of escapee. (Snoods/Kino/wootaru)

A 'V' is unless, and there are no protected disengages. you have to rotate protections and fight!

This is counter to PA design philosophy, but KR and PA are totally ignorant of the cultural differences in PvP between KR and EU/NA (and the rest of the world, Kr devs be very nationalistic, not the first to say it, streamer say it too)

...But, Devs will also refuse protection on the skateboards/surf/yippee as it could be used to engage and be aggrieves.. hmm, yup, because there is no option we are left with the option of death, mercy or aggression. but remember, Dev are viewing the logic from KR side only... they do not see it this way.

But i don't think, even if we use logic, that PA will listen as the current meta works Kr side, so other options need to be proposed that work for both NA/EU (and rest of the world) and KR.. I have some but they anrt fully fleshed out yet.

However they will fulfil shai's needs and PA design philosophy. but i would like some extra Info on this subject from you guys too.

 Options;

1) Improve shai’s ability to escape conflict (Disengage from pvp)

2) Improve shai’s ability to engage (be the aggressor)

3) Improve shai’s ability to take/tank damage

Shai needs the same slippery dodges that tamer and ranger have or better. 

2. Even if shai is forced into support/lifeskill role, I want to be able to defend myself. Don't look down on me because I'm short!

for sure shai needs some additions outside of what PA had plan for her cus the game is diffrent in EU/NA vs KR (player wise) and also,the engine isnt upto it (dsync issues - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9jgMhfy_PUM - means she needs protections on attacks that are not menna be protected according to PA)

but i dont hold out much hope there, Shai is doing just fine in the social areas of the game and thats PAs only concern. how it be :)

Option one is what I think too, and where I’m looking at an idea (not rushing it, but sometime PA do listen if it’s really well thought out) – (e.g. Moving SA up on De buffs was explained and reasoned, using PA goals and design philosophy for shai... so yeah, they change it)

hard part is knowing exactly what PA has planned for shai and then working within such limitations.

One good addition i said in my own post, or two, is FG on Try This and S Block.

PA doesn't care; nothing going to happen; waste of time to bother. Shai is a clown class, to fool around, to be used in marketing but not for real gameplay. Thats what i think.
