murderous intent cooldown increase is not ok / -eva debuff on serpants just made ninjas accuracy that much worse

doubling the cd on murderous intent will ruin this class for me, and so far every ninja ive spoken to agrees. it wont be worth running the core for mi anymore, and without the core and with mach explosion stiff removed comboing outside of 1v1 will be a real pain in the ass.
moving the -eva debuff to serpants just make an already accuracy struggling class so much worse. now if i want to use a knockdown as a recc i can not eva debuff for the entire first half of my combo, and its not like serpants is usable as a catch. also makes it required to use an unprotected skill to eva debuff, debuffing outside of 1v1 will most likely get you caught every time.
PEARL ABYSS YOU ARE RUINING AN ALREADY NOT SO GOOD CLASS AND PROVING YOU GUYS HAVE ABSOLUTELY 0 UNDERSTANDING OF HOW TO COMBO.
