Yellow Fish scarcer than normal?

Set up my Guru 12 fisher again at Altinova for my AFK fishing.
In the one hour since setting her up, have caught 12 Coelecanths, innumerable green discards and NO YELLOW (Tilefish or the other)
Have yellow fish been eliminated from game?
Oh am an Aussie, so this is my sleep time and AFK fishing time.

I have had trouble catching yellow fish in that Altinova spot too.

Well, just popped back onto AFK fisher and surprise surprise... 3 Porcupine Fish.. aka yellows.
'Normal service' has been returned.

Yes the "rare" fish are rarer than the normal fish.
One thing to note, Altinova has no blue fish that can be caught.
