Hot damn, my post was p r o p h e t i c :D . It's funny how people are shown a couple of graphs and some straw-man logic and they think they've got things figured out ... or they are just a PA plant here to support their bad decisions along with pushing discord between players so they can(t) get their message across. Also funny how most of them usually use the black spirit as a profile pic - a famously fair and balanced(TM) character from the BDO universe. You can't make this sheet up.

BDO is a business, they need to make profit, they can't stay afloat by selling 1 outfit per customer, even if they customer gonna buy that outfit every month, not to mention someone dare to complain abot valuntary subs to drop price from ~50$ month to 10$, while noone even force you do buy them.
Servers are crowded nowadays, who gonna pay for them ? When they give you free hammer you demand more when they increase benefits from paying, you complain.
Go check pricings for traffic and servers, and then go check how much PA gonna make money out of selling data they collected from you ( zero, noone want your MAC/IP).
As for p2w, PA don't selling you gear, they selling you attemp to try your luck, which you can get by playing game, which honestly they just matching pearl items prices to catch inflation, inflation come from people like you demanding more silver from game activities.
I dont see anyone to comlain that average grind hour come from ~200mil/h to casual 1bil/h.
The last time they did this they changed the crons needed per tap and reduced it. This time they did not
