You've never had a dude run into your rotation mid hour, scream DFS, lose, then still grind over top of you? Must be a warehouse stander. 

Hundreds of times back in the day. I no longer grind regularly as I spend all my time on my carracks but I have definitely experienced what you call griefers. I just ignored them and kept grinding unless they were faster than me at the rotation, in that case I would move to another spot or server swap, no big deal.

I've had people attempt to grind over me.  I am polite and keep grinding.  I've never had to flag on them, but then again I am not obsessed with 100% max efficiency 

All the anti PvP people on here complaining about how someone flagged on them once 3 months ago claiming they can never grind, not getting dec'd isn't going to suddenly give you flawless grinding hours.

Lets run through some scenarios:

1. You are grinding and someone comes along and flags on you

A: Two things are going to happen: 1. They are still going to flag on you, they didn't care about karma before the change, they won't care about it after. They are still going to feed you to mobs. 2. They go negative and leave.

2. You are grinding and someone starts griefing your rotation

A: Now instead of being able to dec them so you can fight back without worrying about karma. You are now forced in to flagging, maybe going negative, or hopping to one of the other 34 channels that aren't arsha, season, or olvia which you already can do.

3. A guild dec's you

A: Ok.. so what? With the amount of channels available you are literally 1 hop away from not seeing them again. I promise you they aren't going to spend their night hopping around to try to find you. Having been in many PvP guilds that have a full dec list at all times. You know how many times i run in to these people outside of a GvG? Usually garmoth, sometimes.

If you don't want PvP:

1. Join a PVE guild, boom, 95% of guilds can't dec you because you don't go to war

2. Marni Realm

3. Have your guild place you under protection

4. Seasons are running constantly, play on those

5. IDK play something else? Maybe this isn't the MMO for you

PvP is the only reason to get geared in this game and a little action here and there adds some spice to the otherwise mind numbingly boring grind running in circles killing the same mobs for months at a time. All this change is going to do is make it impossible to defend youself without flagging and let griefers run rampant. People grinding over you isnt' any better than than PvP when it comes to "ruining" your perfect PVE hour.

Last note before someone comes in here saying people aren't going to just grind over you and grief. Play a season server the first week of a season and tell me i'm wrong.

Since this change just start KS and ignore others. New good solution to fight for spots, invite 5-6 guildmates the fastest way to make him go away.

Yeah right tough guy.  Many many times in the past I have had my rotation stolen, been outright one shot killed while doing gm at bashims for god's sake. I have never flagged, never duelled for spot either, but I have just kept grinding if there first, or moved to a different spot to finish the gm if they out grinded me. If I was just levelling I would swap server, it is just a game and I feel no pressure to be king of the mountain at any grind spot. There is so much to be done in this game that does not involve grinding. 
I also have slightly better than tuvala gear not that it is any of your business, lol

Just remember this new generation of players think pixels hurt them irl . Sometimes the same people get entitled an think that all rotations are theres an will "make" their own rotation that they under clear an mess with two seperate rotations. If they see someone already there they think both rotations belong to them. Also the same people will be the first to trash talk in chat an cant back up their talk with actions.

If your hurt by pixels then shouldnt you be playing a proper solo game like skyrim ,dragon age an so-on an work with a modder to make a simlar system bdo has for combat in them. Or even better get PA to idk.. create a thing called crimson desert which has bdos combat system with a story.. also sounds likes it basically bdo 2.0 without being proper multiplayer js.
