Outfits with 'Hide cape' that show for everyone?

Which outfits have a 'Hide cape' toggle that is visible to everyone, everywhere?
I was under the impression the hide cape toggle was visible to everyone everywhere, but apparently theres some fine print depending on the outfit that states it's only visible to you when in combat zones.
I'm going through the shop and the descriptions are very inconsistent, see below.
Shell Belle has a note saying hide cape is only visible to you
Outlaw outfit has a note on the final box
Outlaw outfit has no mention of this in the store description
Outlaw outfit in the '[Sea Palace] Cool Summer Limited Outfit' has no mention of this either
Yeoreum has a note about the underwear but nothing about the visibility of the cape.
If I purchase an outfit expecting to be able to hide the cape, but then learn of this limitation, I am definitively asking for a refund.

I was interesting in purchasing, now im gonna stand-by and wait for some better offers. It is very inconsistent , looks like classes are not the only things that need rebalancing in this game.

Good topic, we actually need a proper and consise outfit guide for each class that covers more than "this outfit is recommended" (because YouTuber/Strimer likes it subjectively).
I can and may do this for DK, looking into visibility, clipping and other features like mix and match options which is imho super important since outfits being sold as full boxes only hide this info from you.
Content creators left a blind spot here imho where PA offers cluttered info like expected from an indie company.
