If we are going to get all these changes to negative karma players, can we get some content for that playstyle? If it is going to affect your entire family, we should get some updated cities, towns, npcs.

I guess I am confused on what the negative karma feature was supposed to be. Was it designed to be a playstyle like pirating in other games, is it an RP feature, is it just there to solve disputes with trolls? 

This has never really been fleshed out since launch. Can we get some clarification on the future of this?

First- you getting ~100k karma lose only if you kill no gear players.

Second - there is no " i'm jackass on a character A and nicest guy on character B"

Third - now you can grind you negative karma on your alt somewhere hidden and save  so you dont lose anything in case you was karma bombed.

Desert fogans just gonna be filled with red players brofisting and gridning their karma back in peace.

so does it mean red level 1 character can grind grass beetle to remove karma ?

The content or reward is that you get too fight and kill other players. That's it. That's the whole system. If PvP isn't appealing to you then it's just not for you, except in that it protects you from widespread harrasment.
