Pathfinder - Male Tamer class, equipped with dual daggers / dual swords (depending on weapon and pearl shop cosmetics) with a faithful wolf mount that fights along side him.

Background: Class hails from land of morning light and has a mix of classic rogue / ranger hero design in his gear with a unique style upgrade that are inspired from land of morning light. His clan bonds with mystical wolves at a young age during a special moon ceremony. No terrain is too difficult for these warriors and their sturdy mounts, they are usually hired as scouts, guides or treasure hunters. They fight acrobatically with daggers, swords, traps, explosives, flurry of kicks and never without their loyal ally.

Succession: Very agile fighter, with many traps, bombs, ropes basically is really big in CC and support items with vials he throws to buff or heal. Not the strongest duelist, more of a unique support to temporarily shut down threats. Wolf fights at his side and some of the skills are attack commands for the wolf. Has a grapling hook for mobility, both for evading and scaling verticle / swinging across ravines.

Awakening: The wolf powers up with the spirit bond the rider and wolf share. The player character now rides the wolf full time and has massive damage, but some attacks can be easily telegraphed. The wolf size grows massively from a large ridable wolf to a large monstrosity in awakening stance as its eyes glow ferociously and energy eminates from it.

Play style is a fluid mix if cc agile combat from pre-awakening, then jumping on the wolf for the kill in awakened stance. In awakening form the player is riding the enlarged wolf as if they were a boss monster. Switching to pre-awakening, the player leaps off the wolf and flows into dagger combat and cc skills/items.

Fun factors:

Grapling hook: Can scale vertically and across certain gaps with grapling hook. 

Mount: Can ride the the wolf as a full time mount. 

Style: Satisfies the male tamer desire. Also gives players a cool hero rogue / ranger main character vibe. 

Pet: Can customize the color of your wolf. Also the sub-weapon is the harness, and changes look depending on what is equiped.

Any class with a pet/ally is a yes vote from me.

I would definitely be for this. I'd name my character Perrin and the wolf Hopper. I CLAIM IT! No one else can have it! lol. Just kidding, but that would be cool to go along with one of my favorite book series.
