Cannot be enhanced

Cannot be caphrased

Cannot be Registred on the Central market

Can get Critical Hit Damage +3% + 2 crystals slot with garmoth

Shai : can use PEN : Blackstar Artina Sol to tag another class Awakening weapon

Another class can't use Awakening weapon to tag PEN : Blackstar Artina Sol

The same people who cry for equality for shai also cry for more shai-only perks.

No they don't. The long term shai players have always been vocal about treating shai like a normal class and asking PA to get rid of stupid limitations like the tag issue, lack of t3 add on and a bunch of other things that absolutely make no sense. 

and I agree with that, make shai a normal character and get rid of all the shai-only perks.  still waiting for my witch-only mount.

This is just a summary of what PA AND Shai want
Shai want just a bs awakening weapon like every others class
PA don't want to give them a bs because blabla the pen sol loses its value blabla
and they don't want to let the other classes tag the Shai awakening weapon (last glab)
So I just made a mix between the two idea, in no case did I decide on the PA choices
I put a BS because the shai want their bs and the tag limitation because PA want this limitation

I think you would have had more support if instead of X item you said V blackstar.
