Awk Wiz ninja nerfed in pvp since pve update?

Anyone else on awk wiz notice unusualy lower pvp damage and trouble hitting people accuracy wise since the patch? I had 1040 accuracy with e buff on and i couldn't land a hit on a 1255 evasion target.
SOOOOO bleeping tired of how unbalanced this game is and these updates pa is making is making shit worse not better

I heard PA is trying to make evasion builders gears more valid in PVE as well so maybe they fked up somewhere, don't worry much tho, i am very sure if this happes to everyone PA will fix it.
