The proposed global lab buffs remove three CCs from the awakening ninja kit and do not add any. We can accept removing the float on vacuum slash and bound on seamless, but keep the stun on smoke, it is one of the most important tools we have. 

All of the "buffs" combined do not offset how bad it is to lose smoke stun

I think if we had to choose between smoke or shadowslash being a protected CC, most people would take smoke. Shadow slash is fine the way it currently is, with SA linger at end only.
