The material used to craft the noble and merchant wagon are literally less than 100,000 gil which is literally pebbles of currency these days. Bloating time again for no reason. Just make it like every other workshop where getting the materials is the hard part and the crafting is done in like an hour flat, or sped ahead with pearls.
