City of the Dead and Tungrad Ruins is the "end game spots" that don't give alot of trash loot.  All income supose to come from rare drops which Specter's energy is, the problem its cost 30mils to NPC because item itself completely useless for someone who capable to grind those spots (don't even try telling about crafting BS, its not even worth time to smelt it). Its should be removed from those zones or downgrade to  Crystallized Despair rarity, because despair is what you feel when this crap drop and your character cheering it up, knowing it's took  place of Devouring or Kudir.
