We should be fair. There are players like myself and I'd guess you as well who have >40,000 hours in this game, and over 10 million players. Considering that it's far more reasonable that something like this would happen.
Statistically speaking, not it's not reasonable. the chances are for each event. 3 streaks like that shouldn't happen in decades of game play. Something is off.

I would be willing to bet that you have not noticed any of the times while grinding that you were getting 1-4 trash loot and got 4 trash loot 10 times in a row, which breaks almost probabilities. I am willing to bet that you didn't notice when you got blackstone weapons from all 7 mobs in a pack even tho they were supposed to be a 1 in 10 chance to get a black stone.
You can't go, well I failed here last time, since I have a 90% chance for it to go this time it will go. No it is likely to go but you still have a 10% chance at failure, 10% is 10%.
Calculate the odds of 3, one in a million events happening to ONE player over a period of 2 weeks. It's far lower than 1 divided by all the enhancement attempts made in two weeks. Nevermind. I calculated it 0.00000003653673 .....one in 28 million. lol. I am not alone in having these results.
In addition, you need to learn statistics. The correct base is MY number of attempts, not the entire population. What you claim is like saying that my coin flips should be compared to ALL the coin flips made by EVERYONE over the last few millenia. Who does that to calculate odds of an event? Try using that to answer a basic statistics question on a test. "Well it depends upon how many coin tosses have ever been done." lool. You'd get laughed out oc class. Also, since we are debating whether various people have different rng, it makes ZERO sense to pool all enhancement attempts across all players to calculate odds of an event. Flawed logic and terrible statistics. If I flip a coin 8 times, my odds of 0 heads is 0.39%, regardless of who else is flipping coins, lol

His presumption is based solely on the connection between the two game companies being their nationality. His argument is litterally if one Korean company does something wrong any other Korean company can be expected to also be doing the same thing wrong based solely on their status as Korean.
You know what I think? He just said Korean, since it's mostly those games developed there with heavy RNG. He didn't named groups of people in specific, neither he asked the audience to boycott all Korean products or similar, he did the opposite to ask for improvements.

And on top of that, it seems more to me, that you have a lack of knowledge.
Most gaming companies and in general companies nowadays are multinational also within the management.
So to blame him for being racist is a very weak statement imo.
You just have a problem with his claims, which might could affect your favourite games out of Korea.
His header might have been overdramatically written to name it "all games out of Korea", that I would agree was maybe a bit too much, but the details of his statements were okay to me.
But if he acts racist he would have been banned already.
And btw. the name Korea has probably used already hundreds of thousands of times in this gaming community. If we can't use the name anymore than what should we name it, to very popular games with heavy RNG which I think come mostly of that direction?

Improbable, not impossible : that's precisely the idea behind such a manipulation.
And that's not even the point here, it may not be designed to make you win or lose depending on who you are, but it may be designed to give you success or failures, depending on the result which may lead you to their cash shop.
