Ever since the Anti Cheat was changed last week, I have restart my entire PC every time I want to start the game a second time. After a restart, it starts just fine. If I crash (which we all know happens very often with loading screens and such) or close the game myself and then want to start it again, the initial loading thing with the artwork of the Scholar just hangs. The white bar at the bottom doesn't move/gets filled in black as it loads. 

I have tried signing out of my PC and then back in, but that doesn't even fix it. It has to be a reboot. Regardless of whether that or signing out should be enough; this should not happen in the first place and has never happened before in my 7, almost 8 years of playing the game. The added screenshot it what I see after logging in and 2Fa. This is what it hangs at. I was hoping there would be a fix this week, but nope. It still happens.
I use the PA launcher, not Steam.
