Make Personal Bosses Affected By Debuffs

When fighting personal bosses, like the Dark Shrine or awakened scroll bosses, I noticed they are not affected by debuffs from my character. While I understand not having some affect them, like move/attack speed down, it doesn't make much sense to me that someone might have built a strategy around pushing out as much DP down or EVA down as they can being left out of the fight when doing these bosses.
If a player's primary survival strategy is a clever mixture of AP/DP debuffs to the enemy and likewise AP/DP buffs to themselves, I see no reason to invalidate that strategy solely when fighting solo type bosses.
I think some bosses are affected by some of the debuffs, but many aren't. I recall not seeing them when fighting Duokshini in the Black Shrine and when fighting Narc Brishka from the solo Narc scrolls.
