Perhaps the most tedious and dangerous aspect of Shai is re-applying her buffs in the middle of combat.  This becomes most apparent in high damage scenarios such as Black Shrine or Crypt of Resting Thoughts.  The animation locks for swapping to Sol, and then to apply the first buff, are significant delays all too often the cause of losses, leading to frustration.  

Allowing the buff ability that requires florin's leaves to activate, "Outta My Way",  to refresh active buffs (not E buff) would make Shai much more comfortable, and less tedious/frustrating to play.

I dont agree.

This kind of change is minor and insignificant, PA's team should not waste their time doing tweaks. 

What they should be doing is redesigning the entire shai class. It's fundamentally destroying the game. 

PA isn't crazy enough to do something like that.  I don't know of anyone who thinks the shai class is "fundamentally destroying the game".

You'd be better off get behind what changes you might actually have a chance of getting.

Using the sun's fury cancel dash to buff is kinda safe enough tbh
