When I cast the new Guru Touch, it doesnt get applied to the caster?

Can confirm, buffs they changed do not apply to caster.

Also happened to me. Officer role and didn't receive the new guild buffs.

However, Sharp Eye of a Gatherer and Angler's Wisdom worked on me when I popped them.

GuildMaster here and same, did buffs and seems doesn't apply to caster guru's touch, blessing of fortuna, state of nothingness

same, Guild Master.

I casted Guild buffs but did not receive them myself!

"Guru's Touch", my guildies got it but not me.

I tested it again. But 1st i renewed my own guild master contract and swapped server. After that the combat exp buff "State of Nothingness" worked on myself and guildies.

Can also confirm, I cast guildbuffs earlier (Staff Officer) and did not receieve the Guru's Touch buff, I was able to get all of the others, just not Guru's Touch.

Also a GM and ALL buffs, Combat, Drop and Life did not apply... That's 'State of Nothingness', 'Blessing of Fortuna' and 'Guru's Touch' However the normal 'Sharp Eyes of the Gatherer', 'Angler's Wisdom' and 'Merchant's Art of Persuasion' did. 

Same for me.

I'm staff officer and 'State of Nothingness', 'Blessing of Fortuna' and 'Guru's Touch' didn't apply for me.

Same as Useit above, I've renew my contract and switch server and it work !

Must renew the contract quickly before casting the buff.
So 1x per 24 hours

No buff icon for me as well when I cast new guild buffs.

Same happened to me and then another caster in guild, lost out on life first then both drop and combat.
