Guild Buff Not Applied to Caster?

Had the same issue and even after the temporary workaround with new contract and server swap, after a relog into the game it doesnt work anymore...as the caster i didnt get guru´s touch buff. Pls fix ASAP <3 thx

Staff here, contract renewing didnt fix it for me either, didnt get buff

same, Guild Master.
I casted Guild buffs but did not receive them myself!
Edit:
"Guru's Touch", my guildies got it but not me.
I tested it again. But 1st i renewed my own guild master contract and swapped server. After that the combat exp buff "State of Nothingness" worked on myself and guildies.
short update for you all:
1st i never said that new guild contract or swapping server would fix it, i just did it, and it may or may not had an impact.
2nd I used all 3 Buffs a few times now and they all worked, however i stand idle for for them, just to be save and eliminate potential risks
=> i only did not get the Guru's Touch buff the very 1st time yesterday, it seems to work now - or at least i get the buff symbol XD

It seems all the new guild buffs are broken. It happens the same issue with the State of Nothingness: you click to use the skill, it consumes Pledge of Blood but you get no buff icon.

Since i currently don't know any better there seems to be an RNG component for the one popping the buffs, sometimes they get it sometimes they don't. Maybe there's a common denominator like who pops it being in town or something silly like that, not sure and don't feel like figuring it out. In the meantime have someone in guild that doesnt care about the buffs pop them for you.

I was able to fix "Guru's Touch" buff missing by temporary unequipping "Caphras - Journal of Nature". Seems like both life exp buffs do not like each other.

My buff just disappeared after around 40 minutes, not a caster btw aand it's not a 1st time since last buff changes.
At the same time, another person, also shai, still got the buff. It sucks to overpay (2kjuice) for something that doesn't work.

This isnt it, i never unequip mine, when i pop the buff sometimes i get it sometimes i don't. I also always get it no matter what when someone else pops it, so far.

Tried as Officer and 'State of Nothingness', 'Blessing of Fortuna' and 'Guru's Touch' didn't apply for me either.
I hope they caught this bug to be fixed by next maintenance!
